I have found Innovative Pest Management to be responsive and thorough. Instead of simply spraying and setting traps, technicians will sleuth out the source of problems. I had a different pest management company 7 years ago, and my house was full of bugs; I switched to Innovative Pest Management, and my home is essentially bug-free, though I occasionally encounter a spider. They are easy to reach by phone and quick to come out if there is a problem. They are outstanding.
