Yard treated at least 3 services with weeds remain in lawn. Called to let staff know, but not a complaint expressed on phone.

Only meet Willie once, during last service spray. Good personable guy.....think lawn progress was an inprovment from last service

Office staff is very helpful, kind, attentive. Calling to inform of service schedule is an A grade...... appreciated!

Think a bit slower and a bit of attention to edges and making sure yard weeds get sprayed. Would really have impoved my review......
