Karen was great to speak with on the phone: super nice! She answered all of the questions that I had and was very knowledgeable. The technician Josh was very friendly and explained the products he was using and where he was going to put them. I was concerned because I have pets- but Josh explained everything and felt safe for him to spray in my home.
