We have a commercial building with a monthly contract. Technician hadn't shown up for 2 of the last 3 months. Corporate offices were sending letters stating that they were going to send us to collections for failure to pay, when the truth was they were failure to perform. We got that straight finally and schedule another visit. When the scheduled technician never showed up (again), we called irate. The branch manager came and sprayed for the insects. During the service, a snake was found in the basement. The service manager didn't have the right equipment to handle that. He rescheduled for another technician to come back the following Tuesday. Although that technician did arrive on time, he was not told why he was coming, and was also not prepared to trap a snake.
