First, Todd inspected our home for termites, identified our problem, and gave us some good information about the activities of termites and carpenter ants. We were impressed by his knowledge of the subject. A few day later Brian and Joe took care of our general insect and termite concerns at the same time, which was very convenient for us. They were friendly, informative, and very professional. The job took a short time to complete (about an hour), and we felt confident our pest woes were taken care of.
