I ask that in the future you actually listen to customers and their opinions. I told everyone I talked to there that someone needed to come inside to assess where the animals were. (inside the wood burning stove in the basement) I was consistently told not to worry, there was no need for anyone to come in the house. The noises stopped sometime within a week of the traps being set but there were no animals caught. Long story short, your guy removed the traps with the assumption that they had moved on. Within two days I had to call another company to remove the dead raccoons from the stove that died of starvation. Not very humane.
