We have been with HP for over 30 years and have found them to be very responsive to our needs. Recently we experienced scheduling and personnel difficulties, but were happy and delighted to discover that the manager became involved with our problems and personally came to our home to listen to our story and perform our yearly termite inspection in lieu of the regular technician. Because of the trouble we went through, he said he would not charge us for our next quarterly treatment. We think that Rodney Fretwell, branch manager, is a sterling example of what any manager should be.
