We have been using Terminix of West Michigan since our start up in August of 2016. Because of the critical nature of our business which deals in packaged foods, we are highly susceptible to pests because, we have what they want! Walter has been very Professional and pays attention to all of the details in our Pest Control Plan.
I am always reluctant to rate on any scale, and then rate too high or maybe less than the highest, leaving a margin for misinterpretation by whomever might read or review the comment. My goal in these comments and reviews is to clearly state facts and observations. Terminix has been: Professional, Proactive as well as very Responsive, Pleasant, Informative/Educational.
