Unless I received the voicemail that was left for me that you were coming to provide service I would have had no idea that you were even there. Nothing was left stating that anyone showed up, nothing was left stating what was done. I have been trying to get you guys to rectify the payment of our termite renewal and have you come out for that since March and have yet to have anyone contact me about that. I emailed all requested information to the info email address that I was assured would be received and I would be contacted back, still nothing. Our home has never been treated on the inside because all appointments that are scheduled are during times that we are not able to be there.
