SCOTT of Truly Nolen is awesome! Honest & fast response time. He explained everything very clearly & delivered as promised. Excellent service! I moved to Truly Nolen after being with another company for more than a year that was shortchanging me on lawn services. My lawn was left in a very bad condition, we had all different kinds of weeds that never went away & was taking over my lawn one area at a time. Called the supervisor to complain, he said there is no way we can remove all weeds. My lawn probably had 10 different kinds of weeds, it looked like it wasn't being treated at all! He also said they service every other month but the condition of my lawn doesn't support it & the cameras around my house doesn't support so too! The video shows only half of my house was being treated which explains the ugly condition of the front & left side of the property. Supv asked the technician to call me & the technician said, I have such a big property (but I paid them to service my whole property & not only half of it), it's too tall an order to spend 1 hour every other month or 6 hours every year to treat my lawn! Too tall an order?! Unbelievable! he was basically admitting he did cheat on his services! I was so infuriated, I cancelled their services right there & then. I called Scott & he came right away to give me a quote. He started services the next day & it's been almost 2 months & all the weeds are gone, so it can be done! My lawn has never looked any healthier & greener when I was with Best Pest.
