I questioned the service man at the time, and he said that there would be once a year checks, but I am concerned about my Termite Service.
The day of our Termite Service happened to be one of the coldest days of the year. The ground was frozen, which must have impeded the trenching. And our outside faucet was frozen, so the technician carried buckets of water from our garage to complete his task.
If this were a one-year process, I wouldn’t be so concerned, but this installation is designed to last 10 years! I’m concerned that 2 or 3 years from now, the yearly service man is going to say, “Oops, you have termites infesting your house.”.
