I've typed this message 2 times before because what I've written disappears when I read the information link below. I think the technician was pretty thorough. I wish I'd been given more specific info beforehand about emptying drawers & cupboards. I've been unable to re-insert a drawer removed last time and want to be sure that drawer will be at least partially put back before the technician leaves next time Nov. 13. 2017.
