I cannot believe that when they come to inspect that they do not have a blueprint of where they installed the devices. When they show up they can only find half of the devices; however, they charge me full price instead of half price. I have actually called the office and asked them to send the blueprint with the inspector. They advised me that was a great idea. Really?? I would love to get a prorated refund on the devices they cannot locate. Thanks.
