Have used Bugout's services several times to halt the Anne Arundel County spring ant parade and also to remove a yellow jacket nest. Appointments have always been scheduled promptly. In the case of the yellow jackets, the owner came out immediately. Office staff has been very nice to work with and professional too. Techs have been professional and efficient. All in all, I have been very pleased with this company.
