I got a call (12/7) from your technician Billy that he was coming the next day (12/8); I asked him to leave a report at the front door when he completed his work. This has been an issue for me in the past. There was no report at my door last evening and some termite bait monitors are sitting out of the ground, so once more I am not sure the work has been done; I am sure however that I have been billed for the service. I am not happy. Please check with your technician to confirm he did the work and get back to me. Thank you.
