I bought a house that was previously used as a year-round rodent resort. Mice, chipmunks, rats... they all knew this five star resort in a great location for them to hang out inside. Sure, the place wasn't fancy by human standards, but it was everything rodents wanted. I'm pretty sure there's a mouse version of Dirty Dancing that was filmed on location in my basement. And now?
