Dennis is always very attentive & knowledgeable regarding pests & how to best treat them. I do not like the new (relatively) system in which we receive an automated call stating when the technician is coming. Sometimes it's not the best time or we are away & have to call to schedule the interior treatment anyway. I preferred the more personal touch when we received a call from someone to set up the appointed date & time.
