Having to manage Pest Bear employees on the job (our home) is like trying to wrangle cats, why do we pay this company when we can not trust in the employees to actually apply the chemicals as per PB agreement? Lying about the work not performed is not a good look, we are here watching & also discussing with employees what we are seeing & not seeing too: what ever happened to the palm spikes not placed around our palm (1st service) or the fact that the employee simply planted a PB flag (2nd service) without performing any work? We know quite a bit about landscape, horticulture, & natural and chemical applications in the garden (degree in horticulture) & to get PB workers to actually do the work to apply the proper chemicals and other matter to our yard is a job we shouldn't have too mange. The worst service in a service industry.
