Heard about Raven shortly after my son and his family bought their first home and discovered termite damage when remodeling. Not only did Joe Stuart (Raven's Owner) provide a thorough and timely review of the damage and make great recommendations, but he also identified spiders that were poisonous and could easily harm, or even kill, their children and pets, and took immediate action to eradicate this dangerous infestation. Joe is our hero! Shortly thereafter, my husband and I contracted Raven's services because long-time tenants in our rental property noticed increased numbers of "bugs" inside the house, and then later, advised us of unusual "noises in the attic." Joe and his terrific son, Kevin, determined that the heavy cockroach traffic was probably caused by the tenant's substantial pile of cardboard shipping boxes b/c the bugs liked to eat the glue -- Who'd have thunk it, right? -- and they made repeated trips to check the trap they placed in the attic to ensure that the family of squirrels who took up residence there were all accounted for -- and would not return. Separately, Kevin has defended our home against assorted crawlies -- ants, spiders, silverfish, mice -- and most recently, carpenter bees -- even advising that we wait until the fall to paint, thus ensuring that we were not sealing live carpenter bees under the paint to cause more damage. Raven's entire team has proved to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and straightforward, courteous, friendly, prompt and very efficient (Kudos to Jutta, who keeps it all moving forward!).
