Overall the service has been reliable. I asked for assistance on two new issues in one of our building, suspected carpenter ants and bats. The person making the site visit scheduled a visit to address these two items.
I am a bit confused about how to get complete service. We originally were concerned about termites and have been monitored for that problem. Then when we had bees in the wall that was not covered. Also when we had the ants and bat problem it was a different cost. Is there a way to have a comprehensive coverage so that our buildings would receive regular inspection and treatment for whatever problems arise?
