You have no respect for your client's time. For the SECOND TIME the appointment window YOU SET was not honored. The last time this happened, I wasted a complete Saturday waiting around for your crew, who finally called me at about 5:30PM to tell me they would not arrive on that day. Today the appointment was supposedly between 11-3PM. I waited around the house and 3PM came and went. I called your office, nobody was there. Your guy finally showed up at 4:20PM. When I advised him that it was well past 3 PM, he said "It's not even close, do you want me to leave?" (In a wise guy tone) Not quite the reponse I would have hoped for. At this point I think it is better to discontinue service with your irresponsible organization. Not only are you late, you are also rude. Please do not charge me for this so-called "service call". I don't have the time or money to waste on second rate organizations such as yours. I will be taking to social media to relay this experience to hopefully thousands of would-be customers. Insult someone else, don't talk to me that way. Please refund my payment and cancel what is left of my service plan. Goodbye.
