I bought a home in the Cle Elum area 1 1/2 yrs ago January. (worst time of year) When the weather started warming up I began seeing all the bugs inside the home come out from hibernation, including ants. I called Willard's Pest company and asked for a service person to come give me an idea if there were anything I should be concerned about. After collecting several moths etc. the service person said I had BED BUGS. I totally freaked out. We inspected the house and couldn't find anything around bedding etc. We took everything the previous owners left to the dump (a house full), purchased over $1000 in Bat Bug products, (per suggestion by Willards) made triple trips to the laundromat and lived for 3 months a nightmare. After losing 30lbs, not sleeping, lots of medication, my son recommended that I call for a second opinion. I called POINTE pest control, they immediately said they did not think they were Bed Bugs but BAT bugs! They had me contact PROSITE. Micha came out and IMMEDIATELY pointed out where the bats were, went inside to my loft area and showed me what was going on... He was SO professional and completely educated me on Bat Bugs vs Bed Bugs. I absolutely could not believe it. Micha was BEYOND knowledgeable and took his time to make sure I understood the situation. It cost me dearly but I will say this, if you are looking for someone to come and service your home or inspect for a situation, there is NO other company I would trust! They absolutely know what they are doing, very educated, punctual and considerate of your time. THAT is hard to find. I am a HUGE believer in this company. After they excluded the bats (endangered) they followed up several times. I did complain to Willards and all they said was their service person did what they were to do. Denied the request for a refund! You truly get what you pay for, especially when it comes to insect control! I was NOT paid for this review.
