I had an appt to speak with the service person when they arrived. That was to be mid day. I left at 5:15 and never saw him. I was back at 6pm and saw the sign in my yard and on my door. The note is very hard to read as to what he did. I specifically made this appt to discuss my lawn. It has never come up to what I've been told it would look like. The people in the office are great.
