Normally I’ve been pleased with the service for the last 10 years. This time the guy was there less than 15 minutes. He did not go into the attic or in the basement as I happened to have a contractor there. He said he would be surprised if it was 15 minutes at all total time. He cannot see how the whole house could be checked without inspecting those areas.
