Been using them for about 8-10 months since the last company nearly killed half my lawn. Of course, after the first treatment, all started to look good. Then it has been down hill since. Have had to call them multiple times about weeds, yellow grass. Obviously, they aren't doing their jobs which they are paid for. Weeds and keeping your grass green. My lawn is one of the worst looking on the street, and my neighbor's lawns are all still pretty green and week free with other companies doing their lawn weed/fertilizer. So, I know it is PestBear. Should haven't call them to do their job. Last time I'm calling them, then moving on. There are 50 other places that do this work. This is the Oldsmar/Port Richey company.
