Had a problem with Bees flying around the soffit's of our house. One call to Alliance and rep was on site very soon to look at the situation. He reported back they were Carpenter bees and the next day, a tech was on site to remediate the issue. Very quick response, very quick fix, problem has been solved. Even got a call back from Alliance to check on the situation to make sure the issue has been taken care of and no further bees around.
