Over the past couple of years I have had a few financial issues, and fell back on my bill. you sent letters requesting payment, and finally sent to collections, and stopped service. I understand completely, what I appreciate is that no matter what once I paid my bill, all was forgiven, and you never dropped me from service for the next season. thank you. I was with Orkin for a good 10 years, and I missed a couple payments, and was treated like a dead beat. I will never recommend them, but I do recommend you. thank you for understanding things happen in like that we might not be in control of, but we claw our way back, can still be good people.
