We have used Dry-Concepts for many years and are always satisfied with the results. The technician arrives on time, gets right to work, is always pleasant and does a thorough job. Our carpet is many yrs old, but after being cleaned, it’s almost like new! We’ve never had a complaint about the service and always look forward to the next time!
