Overall, we are pleased with the service and attention. Ted, who thoroughly inspected our house, was very knowledgeable, personable, and willing to answer questions. Sara, from the office, demonstrated personality which made us feel like valued customers; she was prompt with answers to our questions, and she was a good problem solver.
Our only complaint is regarding the sloppiness of the guys who came back to remove dead termites and the messes the termites had created. After the guys left, we noticed that the panel which was removed for entrance to the attic in our “little house” was covered with dirty fingerprints. This problem will cause us (senior citizens) to be up on a ladder to reach and clean the panel. Also, we asked them to remove a covering that Brezden personnel left over a vent on the roof of our “little house”. They removed most of that covering, but a portion (tape?) is still visible. We did not notice these problems until the guys had left, and it was too late to ask them to attend to the visible blights. These guys were congenial and willing to answer our questions, so we do not want them to have a negative review on your website. We just wish they had paid more attention to finishing their work neatly.
