Having been a customer for twenty-two years, I am obviously a satisfied customer. First and foremost, the objective of keeping out bugs is met. Second, very important, Chris, the gentleman who provides service, is professional, pleasant, and does thorough work. He makes us feel our business is appreciated and valued! ....Only suggestion to consider: for the annual termite protection, I have sometimes felt as if the inspection is no more than a sales pitch. Yes, I understand it is part of the process, but when I have not had problems, it can be frustrating. Over the years I have had two incidents contacting Home Paramount and each resulted in my "need" to spend significant dollars when not necessary. This is the only reason I would ever hesitate recommending Home Paramount to an acquaintance (and when I have, I do reference my satisfaction with the ongoing quarterly service, while disclosing my perspective of the annual inspection as stated above).​ ...Thank you for allowing me to share my experience.
