After much frustration with the information being relayed from the toll free number and even the local branch office regarding the delay w/ my technician's arrival, I am very happy with the service received. However, the price for the service seems pretty steep. For peace of mind, I paid it but $588/hour (comparing the cost to the time it took to provide the service), including chemical is a little like highway robbery! Just something to consider. The service provided consisted mostly of labor and materials and the materials aren't that costly even when purchased retail. Just because other agencies are charging outrageous fees doesn't mean you have to! I am happy w/ the service, but the cost is another story.
