No, I'm not happy with your service. You schedule appts without my consent and then send specialist to my home to service that doesn't get completed cause I'm not home or prepared. Then charge me. Told you numerous of time that my work schedule changes daily and I would arrange a time that fits me not to schedule me on your own. Recently I've had 2 deaths in family that has prevented my availability but then you still send a tech out without notifying. When my contract is up I will not be renewing. The tech himself is great and very professional.
