Nice folks but we are not happy customers. I discovered a raccoon living in my attic. It took Bug Busters over a week and a half to come out to address it. The responsiveness is not great, even with being on a service plan. The technician came out patched the hole but was not knowledgeable enough to know the raccoon would return the same night and dig another hole to gain access to its “home”. There is apparently 1 person who knows anything about wildlife and his knowledge seems to be limited. I now have to pay a professional wildlife company to come out and trap the animal. Oh yeah... I did not get any quarterly inspections during my 1 year service plan.
