Very disappointed with having 4 appointments scheduled and no shows each time. No one contacted me to reschedule, I had to call Paramount. Then when it snowed, they called and said they couldn’t make it, I had no scheduled appointment that day. The 1st appt. Was on Jan. 8. The Insp. Was finally completed on Jan 26. Mr. Rodney was so accommodating and very apologetic for the past no show appt. Finally I’m scheduled for the treatment and at no fault of the technicians they were unable to complete the job. There equipment broke that day after they had all the prep completed. Again, Home Paramount did not contact me to reschedule, I had to call Rodney. He was the only one to get things done. I’m very disappointed and frustrated with Home Paramount and do not think I will renew after all these years. I hope no one even ask for recommendations. You can call me at (410) 924-7355.
