Adios was at my home within 24 hours of my call. Jay was polite, explained his service and wore a mask. He set 7 traps and was successful in capturing the gofer that was tearing up my front and back garden. Jay returned 5 days latter to remove the traps and then called a week latter to ensure there was no other problems. Very happy with all the service.
