I came to you specifically to have crawl space under house sprayed for roaches. I thought tech (Bobby) would have been directed to spray there but when I asked him he said he "inspected" but did not spray it. I prevailed on him to do so and he was extremely nice about it. But since I made it of highest priority to Peter on phone prior to the service call, I was concerned that it did not receive the attention I stressed on the phone. I have had a difficult time getting any company to spray the crawl space even though we think our roach problem eminates, at least partially, from there.
