Took my credit card over the phone after I signed the service contract and I set up my first appointment for this morning at 10 am and no one showed up. I am trying to call the service number 1-800-618-2847 and no one answers the phone! I want to cancel my contract now. I wish I had gone with Western Pest Service which was the other company I was considering. Do not use these guys, they are good with you until they get your service contract locked in for the year, then they are gone!
