Everything was on track for a 5 star review until after the inspection took place. The price was perfect, the prompt service of scheduling the inspection was far superior to all the other inspection services I talked to and the communication to start with was great. The inspection happened the next day after calling, as promised, which was much quicker than anyone else could offer. I was supposed to receive the report within 3 business days. The day after the 3rd business day I called to inquire about the report that I was supposed to receive via email. I was told I would have it the next day, which did not happen. I called again, and was given the same story. This repeated for a week. Finally, 10 business days and 5 calls later I received the report. This postponed my closing date by a week, which was frustrating. I can't say for sure that my experience is unique, but I feel the excellent service in the beginning was more inline with what I think is delivered on a consistent basis. If needed, I would reluctantly return for service.
