We were having major spider problems in our backyard so we called CSI on the recommendation of a friend. Since they first sprayed outside, I haven't seen one since. We were still seeing some bugs in the house after 2 outdoor treatments, so I called. Customer service is excellent when you call the office. They had me speak to a technician (Alec) who came up with an indoor plan I was comfortable with while pregnant - an organic spray at no extra charge since we're on their service plan, and they coordinated it when I was going to be out of the house for a few days. No more bugs in the house. I would definitely recommend CSI!
