This is the first time we've used Colonial Pest Control. Bill, our technician, was extraordinarily helpful and proficient. He explained the entire process of dealing with carpenter ants and put our minds at rest regarding the safety of the chemicals and the chosen application process. Bill was able to quickly identify the carpenter ant nest which was located in the surrounding area of our home. Bill took the time to treat all necessary areas carefully. It's only been a couple of days since the appointment but we are 100% convinced that we made the right decision choosing Colonial Pest Control.
