I waited at home 3 times and NJ Best did not appear. One time, the technician called to say he was not coming, others I called to see where they were and the office was closed. (I had to call to reschedule the following day) When the tech arrived at the 4th scheduled appointment, everything was fine, but taking time off from work, waiting around the house for the multiple-hour time window and not being able to get information was not acceptable.
