I find the report confusing. In the 'Pest Activity' section it states 'none noted', but in the 'inspection detail' section, it states 7 stations had activity. It also states 2 stations were skipped because they were broken, but nowhere in the report does it state that they were replaced. We were not home at the time of the inspection, so it's difficult to rate the technician.
