Premium solved our horrific Rat problem and did so in a professional manner ..SO we have hired them for the quarterly visit for small pest control.
Why:The heavy rains usually means MUCH higher frequency of small pest in our house ...
and sure enough from April 15-May 1 we saw spiders, silverfish ..and other bugs.
PREMIUM Tech came Tuesday May 5 and so far so good and the heat/temperatures higher so the timing could not have been better.
