I only knew someone was coming for my annual gutter inspection because I had called 4 days earlier asking when someone was coming. I was told I was scheduled for a call in a couple of days. The only call I received while I was at work was from the technician who as at my house. I didn't need to be there but this is typical of an ongoing trend of non-communication from this company. Having said this, I have no problems with the service once technicians arrive.
