In customer service terms this company is truley second to none. Every interaction from office to technicians was fantastic. I had 2 issues which denoted the 3 instead of 5 stars. 1st, it was like pulling teeth to get an explanation as to why they insisted on trapping every rodent in my attic before sealing the entry point. Felt to me like a ratchet of sorts being that they charge $65 per rodent caught. I was getting a little fed up after 2 weeks of catching and about $200 in removal fees. Not including the charge to set traps and the chage for fixing the entry point. 2nd, they are not full service. While they removed the animals and fixed the entry point, they stated they do not clean up the area that these animals were living in and contaminating. So now I have to use another company to clean, sterilize, and replace the insulation in the attic. I would recommend maybe expanding and offering a full service clean up and removal. But customer service is excellent.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate any/ all feedback to better serve our customers. As discussed, it is not recommended to exclude prior to a completing a trapping due to animals will seek an exit/entrance. If an exit/entrance is unavailable, they will create one by digging or gnawing, creating further damages. Even though we excel at pest control, cleaning and home improvement are not our areas of specialty. We apologize for any misunderstanding.
