Jim is very good, but needs to slow down some. I feel he may have too many houses in a day. I like to walk thru with service people and he is 10 steps ahead of me. I make sure he does it all to my liking but do feel he rushes. It may be his approach to accomplish a days work, but woiod like him to slow down so he can do the best job possible.
