I am very disappointed with the service because of the amount of money that I'm paying I don't see any improvement. It is very sad that when a technician comes over to provide the service and you tell them the condition my grass is that they tell me what it needs is nitrogen. So common sense says why don't you take care of it before. This has been going on for a while and I know it's not because of lack of watering. My palm trees are all yellowish and on the bushes you can see it needs to be treated. And thow I spoke with the tech about this nothing was done. So if you are not going to provide me with 5 stars service I need to find a company that does. Yours truly: A very dissatisfied customer.
