We started in December - have had two treatments prior to the most recent, but they did not eliminate the problem (carpet beetles), they actually seemed to get worse, however, the most recent treatment seemed to be more thorough and we are hopeful that the problem will be eliminated - the service person, Christopher, seemed genuinely concerned and made efforts to find the source of the problem with a promise of returning if we do not see a result within the next week or so. I feel confident that your company will persist until the problem is resolved.
Of course we will continue to use Home Paramont, we have a contract and you have given a fair price, however, I will rate "0" as a reference to others for your service until I see how this situation works out - we have a baby who is being affected and this is an important issue for us.
