The Bug Busters service technician calls before the service is performed to verify the time and day are convenient. He is on time and ready to perform the service when he arrives. He seems concerned about any problems I have had since the last treatment. He knocks down spider webs and insect nest around the house and applies the insecticide in the areas that we mutually agreed needed to be treated. He is courteous, professional, and seems concerned that he satisfies our request to be bug free!
