I thought that your Home Paramount (HP) crew was quite industrious in removing approximately 100 2 ft x 4 ft basement tiles that make up my dropped ceiling, cleaning each and then re-installing them. Holes in the wall and ceiling were closed by the crew, that might have been used by mice for entry and exit to the basement area and then above. Clean-up of the debris that fell on the HP-provided plastic drop-cloths was very efficient and well done. The crew got a lot of work done in a relatively few hours. Afterwards, I placed numerous blocks of mouse-poison. Of course, time will tell as to whether mice will again be able to take up residence in my house.
